Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Exceptions to this are any pre-order stock, which has a 2-3 week handling time.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days using a variety of couriers. If you have a preference of courier, please email us as belfairdesigns@gmail.com and we will cater to your requests where possible.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10 AUD flat rate shipping to a wide variety of countries around the world. 

For Free Shipping: If your order is eligible for free shipping, it will be automatically applied. Eligibility is based on location and order value.

Domestic orders (within Australia) will generally arrive within 2-7 business days. 

International orders (outside of Australia) average anywhere from 5-20 business days.

DUTIES AND TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Belfair Designs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at belfairdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
